We ship to the continental USA.

EmEq makes every attempt to keep popular items in stock, but all items are handmade and may take up to 1 week to prepare for shipping. We ship first class through USPS.

We will inform you of the shipping date once orders are received. Shipping is FREE except on wholesale orders.

Return & Exchange

We will accept returns or exchanges within 10 days of receiving an item. We will provide a full refund of the purchase price, but the shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not offer return labels. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
